Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
- Used or damaged products not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects.
- Custom or special order items.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
